Hatha Yoga in Inglese


Panna is from Delhi and over the past 15 years has had the opportunity to learn Hatha yoga from various teachers in India and hence her classes are a blend of all these teachings and learnings.

Her sessions are like a lesson where she is more a ‘teacher’ than an ‘instructor’.Each asana is taught thoroughly with emphasis on the minutest detail, helping make corrections to understand and learn the right way of holding an asana and teaching how to enjoy the true benefits of each asana.
Her teaching is infused with passion, precision and dedication. Having taught for over 15years she has developed a very good understanding of the body and body mechanics and the relation of asanas with the body.
The classes will be designed as a ‘general well being’ yoga classes where she will take you through some rounds of surya namaskar,asanas, pranayam techniques and relaxation.

Bio

Panna comes from India, the land and home of Yoga. She has been teaching yoga since 2004 and is certified by the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre. She is also a Pilates Instructor certified by the United States Pilates Association, New York and is the founder of ‘The Pilates Studio’, New Delhi which is the first Classical Pilates studio in India.

Growing up as an athlete, Panna has always been involved in some form of fitness from a very young age. She has developed a very good understanding of the body and body mechanics.

Her teaching is infused with passion, precision and dedication. Through each of her yoga sessions,emphasis is given to the breath and the minutest detail of an Asana.

In the last 13 years, Panna has taught thousands of group and private sessions, per-natal yoga, yoga to children and old people and has taught numerous sessions of Yoga therapy.

She has spent the last one year teaching Yoga in China and now lives in Milan.
